2lbs Kielbasa (also works well with meatballs and lil smokies)
2 cups Sweet Spiced Rum BBQ Sauce
1/2 Sweet Onion
1 cup Pickled Jalapeños
1/2 cup Pickled Jalapeño Juice
1 cup diced roasted red peppers
Slice kielbasa in 1/4″ slices and add to the crockpot. Add all of the remaining ingredients as well. If you would like it spicier you can always add more jalapeño and/or juice. You also could choose to use the Peach Habanero BBQ sauce. Once all ingredients are put in crockpot, stir everything together. You can cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 5-6 hours. I typically just eat this out of a bowl but you could also put them into a nice hoagie bun.
